The Age of Dinosaurs is Over
The critical texts about Generation Z seemed to me more like a series which dinosaurs try to prove to other dinosaurs how dinosaurish they are, other dinosaurs applaud like dinosaurs, and everyone is proud to be a dinosaur as happy dinosaurs.
But remember, the attitude to forcefully break and oppose all rules of Generation Z is unfortunately a necessary evolution that forces bosses who say “If you don’t like it, I’ll find someone else” to turn into bosses who say “Okay, I promise, I’ll give you whatever you want, as long as you don’t leave” or to disappear in the near future.
Otherwise, you won’t be able to find young workforce anyway. We are not the Generation Y so we can say “bro, give me money to pay my bills, I will do whatever you want” or wait for a promotion for 15 years. Moreover, it is of course very natural for those who inform their bosses out of fear if they go to the toilet are jealous of young people who easily dare to do things they have always wanted to but could not do.
I don’t think individuals from generation Y, or perhaps older individuals, can convince me that they hasn’t said to themselves at least once, “What if I don’t go to work today, what if I turn off the phone and go to bed?”
Considering the answers I can get, let me make a footnote; But the thing we call business has rules. Sure. The so-called business rules in all the defenses you can express, such as the wheel cannot turn without rules and order, were created by the bosses themselves so that your bosses can make you work harder for lesser wages.
Finally, you can put your deep experiences in a trash bag and leave it at the door. Because we can do the same job as well as you by watching a 20-minute 3 YouTube videos. What a shame.
Welcome to the new age, dinosaurs. You all are finished.
